Elements of the Process

An agreed upon time is set aside so each client can depend on the 50 minutes each week to be their very own special time where they can rely on me to listen attentively and compassionately to whatever they have to say.

If necessary, I will question for clarification anything I don't understand. This process not only helps the client to improve their communication skills, but helps them to clarify the issues for themselves.

Through this intimate relationship, a bond is created that provides the safety, nurturing and confidentiality that are so important for the client's growth.

Realistic goals are established by the client, which enables them to see progress by their own achievements. This increases self-confidence and self-esteem.

Throughout this process my training skills and experience act as a guide to assist the client on their journey towards a happier and more satisfying life.
